Participant declarations
□ I understand that cycling involves ordinary and unforeseen risks, including falls, collisions, traffic, uneven terrain, weather changes, mechanical failure and physical exertion.
□ I confirm that I can ride a bicycle independently and that, in my reasonable judgement, I am medically and physically capable of taking part in the selected activity.
□ Before the start, I will inform the guide of circumstances relevant to my safety or the safety of the group.
□ I will wear a helmet throughout the ride, comply with traffic rules and follow the guide’s instructions.
□ I will not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances that reduce my ability to ride safely.
□ I understand that, for safety reasons, the guide may change the route, pace, duration or my continued participation.
□ I will handle equipment carefully and will be responsible for damage I cause intentionally, through gross negligence or through use contrary to instructions.
□ I am responsible for my personal belongings.
□ I acknowledge that personal accident and health insurance covering cycling activities is recommended.
Emergency assistance
In an emergency, I agree that JAE may contact the competent emergency services and provide them with data necessary to protect my vital interests. I bear costs not covered by compulsory or private insurance and not resulting from JAE’s responsibility.
Photography - separate, voluntary choice
My decision regarding promotional images does not affect my participation:
□ I AGREE that JAE may use identifiable photographs or videos of me on its website and social media.
□ I DO NOT AGREE to the use of identifiable photographs or videos of me for promotional purposes.
I may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@julianalpsexperience.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use. Within a reasonable period, JAE will stop further use and remove content where this is feasible and within its control.
